The MILCMD_PUSH_OPACITY_ANIMATE packet instructs the compositor to push an opacity that will blend the composite of all drawing primitives added until the corresponding pop call, as described in section 3.1.1.7.

opacity (8 bytes): A 64-bit floating-point number. The opacity with which to blend: 0 is transparent, 1 is opaque.

If the value of this field is nonzero, the referenced resource animates the value of the Opacity property; otherwise, the property is not animated.

reserved (4 bytes): Reserved. MUST be set to zero when sent, and MUST be ignored when received.
