Client Option

Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2009

The Client option is available on the Choose an installation option page in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Setup.

Installed Components

When you choose the Client option, Microsoft Dynamics NAV Setup installs the following component:

  • RoleTailored Client

    The RoleTailored client constitutes tier one in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV three-tier RoleTailored Architecture. (The NAV Server is tier two, and the Database Components, along with SQL Server or SQL Server Express, is tier three.)
