NextControl Property

Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2009

Sets the control that has focus when the user leaves this control by pressing TAB or ENTER.

  • Check boxes

  • Command buttons

  • Indicators

  • Menu buttons

  • Option boxes

  • Picture boxes

  • Subforms

  • Text boxes

On a card form, the movement is from top-to-bottom and left-to-right by default. On a tabular form, the movement is from left-to-right and top-to-bottom by default.

In a tab control, after the end of the page is reached, the tab is moved to the next page.

The NextControl property is not supported in the RoleTailored client in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009.
