BlockLength

HashValue (16 bytes): MUST be the MD4 digest of a data chunk.

BlockLength (2 bytes): A 16-bit unsigned integer that contains the length of the data chunk that is represented by this signature. The block length MUST be nonzero.

Bits 16–31 of the Last Row: Because a signature is 18 bytes long, and because the 32-bit width of the rows in the diagram does not evenly divide into 18 bytes, the last 16 bits of the diagram is space that is not part of the signature at all. This fact is represented by an empty area in the preceding diagram.
