Sets whether the form border can be resized.

Forms

Yes if the user can resize the form; otherwise, No. The default is Yes.

If this property is set to Yes, then a Size option also appears on the Control menu for the form. To access the Control menu, use ALT+- (hyphen) for forms, use ALT+SPACEBAR for some tools and for the application window, or click the horizontal bar in the upper left corner of the frame.

This setting is checked when the form is opened. This property does not affect associated subforms.
