Exposes methods that make documents accessible to client applications.
When to implement
Server applications use this interface to make their documents accessible to interested client applications. Servers that support Text Services Framework (TSF) do not use this interface, because TSF will expose their documents for the servers.
The AccServerDocMgr interface inherits from the IUnknown interface. AccServerDocMgr also has these types of members:

Creates a wrapped document and registers it with the store.
Notifies the Microsoft Active Accessibility run time when a document gets or loses focus.
Notifies the Microsoft Active Accessibility run time that a document is no longer available.
