The structure and format of the Incoming Data PDU are specified in section 2.2.3.1.

The Incoming Data PDU indicates that the client is about to send a packet of audio data. The server uses this information for diagnostic purposes. An Incoming Data PDU also precedes a Sound Formats PDU (see section 3.3.5.1.4).
