3.4.4.2.3.2.6 ActiveDirectoryPartition/ObjectClass

The ObjectClass element contains the most-derived object class of the directory object that represents the naming context for this domain.

 <xs:element name="ObjectClass" nillable="true" type="xs:string" />

The ObjectClass element is populated from the domainDNS!objectClass multivalued attribute on the domain NC root object ([MS-ADTS] section 6.1.1.1.4). This element contains the most specific structural object class ([MS-ADTS] section 3.1.1.4) among the set of classes in the multivalued domainDNS!objectClass attribute's values. If the domainDNS!objectClass attribute is not present or cannot be read due to the client lacking access rights to read the attribute, the server returns the SOAP fault described in section 3.4.4.2.8.1.
