BackTransparent Property

Sets the background to be transparent. If you set this property to Yes, the BackColor Property setting is ignored.

Yes if the BackColor setting is ignored and the background is made transparent; otherwise, No. The default is Yes for labels, images, check boxes, option buttons, picture boxes, indicators, frames, and tab controls. The default is No for command buttons, menu buttons, and table boxes.
