5 Changes to AUITK for Windows Automotive 5.0

Windows Automotive 5.0 Automotive UI Toolkit (AUITK) has been modified based on feedback from customers, with the goal of enabling customers to develop advanced HMIs more efficiently. The following main points were addressed:

• Improvement of development efficiency

• Speed improvement and memory savings

• Support for the development of high-quality products

• Support for new hardware products

Due to this major upgrade, not only have new functions have been added, but basic functions have also been modified substantially.

This section lists the functions added or modified from the AUITK in Windows Automotive 4.2 SP2. To indicate the functions added and modified in Windows Automotive 5.0 SP2, [SP2] is noted.
