BigInteger.LessThanOrEqual Operator (BigInteger, Int64)
Returns a value that indicates whether a BigInteger value is less than or equal to a 64-bit signed integer.

The first value to compare.

The second value to compare.
Return ValueType: System.Boolean
true if left is less than or equal to right; otherwise, false.
Languages that do not support custom operators can call the BigInteger.CompareTo(Int64) method instead. They can also call the method directly, as the following example shows.
