MSPL offers the following built-in enumeration types for use within scripts.

Enumeration type


ExternalSourceNetwork (New)

Indicates the type of network from which the message originated.

ExternalSourceType (New)

Indicates the nature of the source of the message.

MessageOrigin (SPL)

Specifies the origin of a message.

ServerRole (New)

Indicates the role of the server where the SPL is executing.


Defines the set of standard SIP method types.


Defines the set of status classes to which a response belongs.


Defines the set of standard SIP headers.

UserOption (New)

Indicates a user option. Used as a parameter for the CheckUserOption (New) function.

UserPolicyType (New)

Indicates the type of policy in use by a user. Used as a parameter for the QueryUserPolicy (New) function.
