This method retrieves an array of structures that provide information about properties available on the CA.

To invoke this method:

pwszAuthority: The client MUST follow the processing rules for pwszAuthority, as specified in section 3.1.1.4.2.

On a successful return, the LONG pointed to by pcProperty contains the count of the number of CATRANSPROP structures returned in pctbPropInfo. Rules for marshaling multiple CATRANSPROP structures in a CERTTRANSBLOB are specified in section 2.2.2.3.1.
