SQM data MUST be associated with a partner namespace. The SQM Client-to-Service Protocol uses HTTP 1.1 syntax to communicate the SQM partner namespace within the URL string. For data upload, the URL MUST contain the SQM partner namespace following the SQM service host name.<1>
