NameTable.Add Method (String)

Atomizes the specified string and adds it to the NameTable.

Parameters

key
Type: System.String

The string to add.

Return Value

Type: System.String
The atomized string or the existing string if it already exists in the NameTable.

ExceptionCondition
ArgumentNullException

key is null.
