Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsMarshalByRef property.

true if the Type is marshaled by reference; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The Type.IsMarshalByRef property gets a value indicating whether the Type is marshaled by reference.
