Hue Class

Hue.When the object is serialized out as xml, its qualified name is a:hue.

This element specifies the input color with the specified hue, but with its saturation and luminance unchanged.

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the ST_PositiveFixedAngle simple type (§20.1.10.44).
