Remarks

This interface is used to represent a published state category instance. It can be queried from an IUccCategoryInstance of the state category name. A presence state describes an availability of a user in a certain situation (online, in a conference, or by the user's calendar) or using a certain device (machine state or phone state). Presence states can also be aggregated to show the effective presence state when a user logs on to the server from multiple endpoints.
