	CreateEndpoint	Creates a principal server-based user Endpoint Object.
	CreateProxyEndpoint	Creates a proxy endpoint for controlling a telephone connected to PSTN.
	Initialize	Initializes the UCC API application framework.
	Shutdown	Shuts down this instance of the platform.
