Executes the specified delegate synchronously with the specified priority on the thread that the specified Dispatcher was created on.

The dispatcher that executes the delegate.

The delegate to execute, which takes no arguments and does not return a value.
Usage NoteIn Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type Dispatcher. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
