If you are a licensed Bing Maps for Enterprise customer, you can find support information in your Bing Maps for Enterprise contract or you can contact your Bing Maps for Enterprise sales representative.

If you are experiencing issues with your Customer Services site user name and password, or with your MapPoint Web Service account ID and password, contact:
