Specifies the various statuses that a return material authorization (RMA) document can have.
Constant | Description |
|---|---|
New | Assigned to a new return material authorization document. |
Repair | Assigned to a repair return material authorization document. |
Credit | Assigned to a credit return material authorization document. |
Replace | Assigned to a replace return material authorization document. |
Cross-Ship | Assigned to a cross-ship return material authorization document. |
None | Assigned to a return material authorization document where the return item is customer owned. |
Open RTV or WO | The return material authorization document has an association to open return to vendor (RTV) document or depot work order. |
Closed RTV or WO | The return material authorization document has an association to closed return to vendor (RTV) document or depot work order. |
Ready To Close | The return material authorization document is ready to be closed. |
Closed RMA | The return material authorization document has been closed. |
