Save an embedded picture
When you use Microsoft Expression Web to edit a picture, such as cropping, or resizing and resampling, you are prompted to save the picture when you save the page that contains it. At that time, the Save Embedded Files dialog box lets you choose to either overwrite the original file or save the edited picture to a new file.
To save an edited picture
For a web page that contains an edited picture, on the File menu, click Save.
