New view

If you ever find yourself zooming in to make a small change and then zooming out to see how it looks in context, you have an alternative. Instead, you can open a new window on the same document. The new window acts independently of the original, so you can change its zoom level or display quality setting, or even scroll to a different part of the window. When you draw or edit in one window, the result immediately appears in the other window as well.

NewView is also helpful when you want to simulate how an image will appear after you export it. For example, you can select the Pixel Preview display mode in a new view window to see how the image will look with and without JPEG compression.
