Create a new folder in a project

  1. Under Files in the Project panel, select the folder under which you want to create a new folder. For example, select your project name (not the solution), or any folder under your project name.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • On the Project menu, click Add New Folder.

    • Right-click the folder under Files in the Project panel, and then select Add New Folder.

    A new folder appears under your selected folder, ready for you to change the name.

  3. If you have to rename the new folder again, right-click the folder, and then select Rename.
