The key tools that you must have to assemble and present your live broadcast are contained in the Live Broadcasting Project workspace.
The Live Broadcasting Project workspace
Live Sources View and cue the output from your live sources here. Live sources include any kind of connected and compatible camera device that is currently capturing video. |

File Sources View and play your file sources here. The viewer displays a thumbnail of the file that you chose, in addition to the time remaining and the action that will occur after the file plays. |

On Error menu Choose the action that you want to occur when there is an error during broadcasting. |
|
Start/Stop Click to begin or end your live broadcast. |
|
Mute/Enable output audio Click to mute or hear all audio. |
|
Show/Hide output preview Click to toggle between displaying and hiding the output of your broadcast. |
|
Elapsed time Displays the running duration of your broadcast. |
|
Preview View the output of your live broadcast here. |
|
Script Commands, Statistics, Connections, and Activity Log Create script commands and captions in the Script Commands panel, and monitor your broadcast information in the Statistics, Connections, and Activity Log panels. |
|
Presets Access encoding presets that you can apply to your broadcast. |
|
Encode, Metadata, Output, and Templates Configure these settings by clicking their corresponding tabs. |
