User initiated action to add a service.

Syntax
HRESULT retVal = object.AddService(URL);
Parameters

Type: BSTR
Specifies the URL for an XML Activity. This URL has to be a navigable HTTP or HTTPS URL.
Return value
Type: HRESULT
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
Remarks
Installs an xml activity with the specified XML URL.
