At any time, Windows Live ID users can manage the consent they have previously granted for access to their data. Consent management includes:
Revoking consent for offers and actions
Changing granular permission settings for offers and actions
The following is the URL for the Windows Live ID consent service.
When the consent-management URL is referenced, the Windows Live ID consent service displays the user interface (UI) shown in the following figure.
Each offer and action to which the Windows Live ID user has previously granted consent is displayed on this page, along with the specified expiration date.
If the resource provider has enabled granular permissions for a given action, the Windows Live ID user can click View Details to display and either change or deny consent for the additional granular permissions associated with that action. The following figure illustrates the consent-management UI for such granular permissions.
If an error occurs while the user is managing consent, an error is returned and an error page is displayed to the user.
