The SMB2_CREATE_EA_BUFFER context is specified on an SMB2 CREATE Request (section 2.2.13) when the client is applying extended attributes as part of creating a new file. The extended attributes are provided in the Data buffer of the SMB2_CREATE_CONTEXT request and MUST be in the format that is specified for FILE_FULL_EA_INFORMATION in [MS-FSCC] section 2.4.15.
