The SAMPR_USER_INTERNAL5_INFORMATION_NEW structure communicates an encrypted password. The encrypted password uses a salt to improve the encryption algorithm. See the specification for SAMPR_ENCRYPTED_USER_PASSWORD_NEW (section for details on salt value selection.

This structure is used to carry a new password for a particular account from the client to the server, encrypted in a way that protects it from disclosure or tampering while in transit. A random value, a salt, is used by the client to seed the encryption routine; see section for details.
