2.2.2.1.1 Query Interface Request (QI_REQ)
The QI_REQ request message is sent from either the client side or the server side, and is used to request a new interface ID.

Header (variable): The common message header (as specified in section 2.2.1). The FunctionId field in the common header MUST be set to RIMCALL_QUERYINTERFACE (0x00000002).
NewInterfaceGUID (16 bytes): A 16-byte GUID that identifies the new interface.
