This protocol has a 10-second timer. It starts at the successful creation of the TCP connection between the client and server. The full length of RDP_PRECONNECTION_PDU_V1 or RDP_PRECONNECTION_PDU_V2 SHOULD be sent by the client and received by the server within this window.<3>
