The Cached Bitmap Keys store holds a collection of 64-bit bitmap keys, each of which uniquely identifies a bitmap image that has been sent to the client by using a Cache Bitmap (Revision 2) Secondary Drawing Order (section 2.2.2.2.1.2.3), or Cache Bitmap (Revision 3) Secondary Drawing Order (section 2.2.2.2.1.2.8).
