The RequestUriHeader header contains the RequestURI.

RequestUriHeaderToken (2 bytes): A HeaderToken enumeration that indicates the Header type. Its value MUST be 4.
DataType (1 byte): A HeaderDataFormat enumeration that indicates the type of the data to be CountedString. Its value MUST be 1.
UriValue (variable): A TcpUriString value that represents the RequestURI.
The requested URI can be a relative or an absolute URI.
