3.2.3 Initialization

The remote CA name List ADM is initialized during HRA server startup. The remote CA name List contains the CAs HRA will attempt to obtain health certificates from. It is configured by the IT admin and stored in persistent storage. Upon HRA server startup the configuration is read from the file and set in the remote CA name List in the order it was saved to the file. For example the last CA saved to the file will be the last in the list.

The CAResponseTimeOut ADM is initialized during HRA server startup. It is configured by the IT admin and stored in persistent storage. If the value is not set by the IT admin the CAResponseTimeOut ADM will be set to 20 seconds.
