Both the MS-DTCM 1.0 and MS-DTCM 1.1 versions of MSDTC Connection Manager: OleTx Transaction Internet Protocol MUST support the CONNTYPE_TXUSER_TIPPROXYGATEWAY (section 2.2.5.1) connection type.
