3.1.6 Timer Events

BootstrapDCTimer: When this timer expires, the DFS client MUST update BootstrapDC with the name of a DC in the domain of the client. It MUST then issue a domain referral (as specified in section 2.2.2) to the Bootstrap DC and process the response as specified in section 3.1.5.4.1. It MUST then restart the timer.
