If the target ORB has a facility that enables components to be instantiated in the context of a system service or daemon, the following SHOULD be used to configure this facility:

  • The ServiceName and ServiceParameters properties of the ComponentLegacyConfigurations table, as specified in section 3.1.1.3.3.

  • Alternate launch configurations, as specified in section 3.1.1.4.
