The private properties of a resource are the part of the non-volatile configuration data of the resource that is maintained in the cluster state and whose schema is defined by the resource type of the resource.
After successful completion of this method, the server MUST write a PROPERTY_LIST structure (section 220.127.116.11) to the buffer that is designated by lpOutBuffer. This structure MUST contain zero or more names and associated values of the read-only private properties. The server MUST return data, as specified in section 18.104.22.168, which indicates that there are no properties with this attribute. If the lpOutBuffer buffer is not large enough to accommodate the string, error 0x000000EA (ERROR_MORE_DATA) MUST be returned.
The server SHOULD accept a CLUSCTL_RESOURCE_GET_RO_PRIVATE_PROPERTIES resource control code request if its protocol server state is read-only and MUST accept the request for processing if it is in the read/write state, as specified in section 3.1.1.
