1.8 Vendor-Extensible Fields
The ClusAPI Protocol uses Win32 and HRESULT error codes. These values are taken from the Windows error number space specified in [MS-ERREF]. Vendors SHOULD<1> reuse those values with their indicated meanings. Choosing any other value runs the risk of a collision in the future.
