The msDS-NCReplOutboundNeighbors attribute is equivalent to msDS-NCReplInboundNeighbors, except that it retrieves representations of each repsTo value for the requested Object (that is, information related to replication notifications for event-driven replication), while msDS-NCReplInboundNeighbors retrieves representations of each repsFrom value (that is, information related to inbound replication). Like msDS-NCReplInboundNeighbors, it can return the data in either XML or binary form, depending on the presence of the ";binary" attribute qualifier, and uses the DS_REPL_NEIGHBOR and DS_REPL_NEIGHBORW_BLOB structures for its XML and binary representations, respectively.
