2.230 Class rIDSet

Holds the RID pools that were allocated by the domain controller. There is one rIDSet for each writable domain controller. Since read-only domain controllers cannot originate the creation of security principals (or other objects), they do not require RID pools or the rIDSet objects that maintain them.
