The DisplayMasks enumeration type describes how to display the attribute. For more information, see the MetadataService.DisplayMasks enumeration.

ObjectTypeCode4Specifies that the attribute is an entity type code. The name of the entity is displayed.
PrimaryName2Specifies to display the attribute as the primary name.
RequiredForForm0x40Specifies that the attribute must be shown on a form.
RequiredForGrid0x80Specifies that the attribute can be shown in a grid view.
ValidForAdvancedFind8Specifies that the attribute can be shown on the Advanced Find form. This attribute is shown as Searchable in the UI.
ValidForForm0x10Specifies that the attribute can be shown on a form.
ValidForGrid0x20Specifies that the attribute can be shown in a grid view.


The value of this enumeration depends on whether you access it from the WSDL or from the Microsft.Crm.Sdk assembly. To avoid errors, you should use the enumeration value. Do not convert the enumeration value to an integer.
