VsRegEx Command-Line Utility
The VsRegEx utility has been replaced with the CreateExpInstance Utility in Visual Studio 2010 and later.
Remarks
In Visual Studio 2008, configuration information about the experimental instance of the IDE was stored in the system registry. In Visual Studio 2010 and later, it is stored in the file system.
