VsRegEx Command-Line Utility
The VsRegEx utility has been replaced in Visual Studio 10 with the CreateExpInstance Utility.
Remarks
In Visual Studio 9, the experimental instance of the IDE was stored in the system registry. In Visual Studio 10, the experimental instance stores its configuration information in the file system.
