HttpCachePolicy::SetCacheability Method (HttpCacheability)

Sets the Cache-Control header to one of the values of HttpCacheability.

Parameters

cacheability
Type: System.Web::HttpCacheability

An HttpCacheability enumeration value.

ExceptionCondition
ArgumentOutOfRangeException

cacheability is not one of the enumeration values.

SetCacheability is introduced in the .NET Framework version 3.5. For more information, see .NET Framework 3.5 Architecture.

The following code example demonstrates how to set the Cache-Control header to the enumerated value for no-cache.
