3.2.4.2.1 NetrDfsAdd2 (Opnum 19)

An application MUST determine the PDC of a DFS root target server of the DFS namespace specified by the DfsEntryPath parameter and invoke the NetrDfsAdd2 method specifying the PDC.

If successful, the application SHOULD issue notifications to each server returned in the ppRootList parameter, as specified in section 3.2.4.
