Running the iSCSI HBA Tests

All of the iSCSI tests require a configuration file to set up the communication between the HBA (Initiator) and the iSCSI targets. The configuration file includes the CHAP Username, target secret to Logon on to the target, the target name, target IP address, HBA PnP-ID, and so on. When you select an iSCSI job, a yellow exclamation mark (!) will appear; this is normal and signifies that more information is needed. You must enter this information in a dialog box when you schedule the job or by right clicking the job and choosing “Add Information”. The dialog box will generate the configuration file that Driver Test Manager (DTM) copies to the client computer. The following figure shows this dialog box.
