Calculates the total number of minutes spent on an incident (case).

The relevant classes are specified in the following table.

Remarks

To use this message, pass an instance of the CalculateTotalTimeIncidentRequest class as the request parameter in the Execute method.

If an activity has already been billed, those minutes will not be included in the calculation.

To perform this action, the caller must have access rights on the incident entity instance. For a list of required privileges, see CalculateTotalTimeIncident Privileges.
