Represents the type of discount made from the list price of a product or service, specified as a percentage or monetary amount.

The discounttype class inherits from BusinessEntity. It exposes the following members.

discounttypeInitializes a new instance of the discounttype class.

createdbyGets the ID of the user who created the discount list.
createdonGets the date and time when the discount list was created.
createdonbehalfbyGets the ID of the proxy user who created the discount list record.
descriptionGets or sets the description of the discount list.
discounttypeidGets or sets the ID of the discount list.
importsequencenumberGets or sets the ID of the data import or data migration that created this record.
isamounttypeGets a value that indicates if the discount list amount is specified as monetary amounts or percentages.
modifiedbyGets the ID of the user who last modified the discount list.
modifiedonGets the date and time when the discount list was last modified.
modifiedonbehalfbyGets the ID of the proxy user who last modified the discount list.
nameGets or sets the name of the discount list.
organizationidGets the ID of the organization associated with the discount list.
overriddencreatedonGets or sets the date and time that the record was migrated.
statecodeGets or sets the status of the discount list.
statuscodeGets or sets the reason for the status of the discount list.
transactioncurrencyidGets the ID for the currency associated with the discount type.


This table lists only the attributes for a default system. For more information about the entities and attributes in your organization, see the Customization area of the Web application. To view this information in the Customization area, in the Navigation Pane, click Settings, click Customization, and then click Customize Entities. Change the view to see non-customizable entities.
